This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and the development team behind Gluff (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Gluff application, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Gluff is a social and creative application that enables users to:

    Interact with AI-generated characters through text-based dialogue;

    Explore fictional, entertaining, or imaginative conversations;

    Customize character personalities, settings, and conversation themes;

    Optionally share or create content for personal engagement.

Important: All responses from AI characters are algorithmically generated and should not be interpreted as advice, truth, or factual representation.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

You may use the Service only if:

    You are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country);

    If under 18, you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian;

    You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;

    You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. USER ACCOUNT

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Service to:

    Create, transmit, or promote any content that is harmful, illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;

    Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;

    Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;

    Attempt to access or interfere with non-public areas of the platform;

    Upload viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these rules.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, AI systems, software, and design elements of Gluff are owned by us or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data. In brief:

We may collect basic usage data for functionality, personalization, and improvement.

Conversations are not stored permanently unless required for safety, moderation, or diagnostics.

We do not sell or trade your personal data.

7. FEES AND BILLING

Some features may require payment via subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Fees are charged as displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing or features, and will provide advance notice where required.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently remove access to the Service for:

    Violations of this Agreement;

    Threats to system security or integrity;

    Abusive behavior toward the AI or other users;

    As required by law or legal authority.

You may terminate your account at any time within the app settings.

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
